Transition from CSAC/EdFund® to ECMC

ECMC welcomes you as our new partner and we look forward to serving you and your students.

01-03-12 | Process change: School claims paid report

ECMC is pleased to provide the school claims paid report—a quarterly report of claims paid by ECMC during the quarter for students attending your school—to assist schools in managing their cohort default rate.

After the April 2012 school claims paid report, schools will no longer receive a paper version of the report. If you currently receive a paper report and want to continue receiving this report electronically, contact Missy Blahna at mblahna@ecmc.org or 1-888-221-3262, ext. 5206 to sign up for electronic delivery.

10-07-11 | Process change: Online claims payment reports

Effective October 27, 2011, lenders and servicers must retrieve claim payment reports via ECMC’s Online Reports. If you do not have access to Online Reports, contact Missy Blahna at mblahna@ecmc.org or 1-888-221-3262 ext. 5206.
