
Process change: Online claims payment reports
Effective October 27, 2011, lenders and servicers must retrieve claim payment reports via ECMC’s Online Reports. Claim report options include a Claims Payment Detail and a Claims Payment Summary report. These reports are available in Excel and PDF formats.
If you do not currently have access to ECMC’s Online Reports, please contact Missy Blahna at mblahna@ecmc.org or 1-888-221-3262 ext. 5206 to establish a user ID and password.
