Students who have previously borrowed a Stafford loan through UVA-Wise and are choosing the same lender are required to:

• Mail a Stafford Loan Amount Request Form to the UVA-Wise Office of Financial Aid.

Students who have previously borrowed a Stafford loan through UVA-Wise and are choosing a different lender are also required to complete a new Master Promissory Note (MPN).
