As a student loan borrower at DSLCC you have the right to select any lender that is eligible to participate in the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

Since there are over 3,000 eligible lenders, many offering different terms and conditions, choosing a lender can be very confusing. The Financial Aid Office at DSLCC has selected a diverse list of lenders that offer the highest level of service and other benefits for our students. We base our decision on who makes this list on a number of considerations which include: borrower benefits, customer service and stability in the student loan program. We feel that a preferred list is a helpful tool for students because the Financial Aid Office has investigated and determined that its lenders are top-notch and will service our students with excellence during all stages of the student loan process which means they will not only process your loan quickly now but will also willingly work with you throughout the repayment process. Based on the research and information gathered by our staff, DSLCC recommends that you select one of the lenders from our lender list.
