TCP-Connecticut, launched in 2010, is located in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Holly Franquet is the director of The College Place-Connecticut. She has more than 30 years of experience helping students pursue higher education. In her work at The College Place, she enjoys seeing students and families realize that postsecondary education can be affordable. She holds a BS from Georgetown University, an MS from Troy University and an MA from Northern Arizona University.
