The College Place–Connecticut
TCP-Connecticut, launched in 2010, is located in Hartford, Connecticut.
Jess Odlum is the director of The College Place—Connecticut where she supports students, families, and school counselors with college planning and financial aid. She has been working in education since 1996, with experience in university admissions and more than two decades as a school counselor.
Jess partners with schools and community organizations across Connecticut and regularly leads presentations and trainings for counselors. She was recognized as a Friend of the Connecticut School Counselor Association for her support of the profession.
She is a certified school counselor and holds degrees from Mount Saint Mary’s University, Marymount University, and The Graduate Institute.
